This home had 2 hot water tanks doing their domestic hot water as well as the infloor heat in the basement as well as floor warming for the primary ensuite. One tank leaked and the other was not far behind so we suggested a Triangle Tube Instinct Solo 155 to do their infloor heating with room for future expansion with a fancoil for house and garage as well as a 50 gal indirect Triangle Tube tank in tank for the domestic water needs. The boiler and tank were installed in a 5' crawlspace and tucked away in the corner to save on space.

This boiler system was given an update to run more efficiently. Replaced the garage heater, NTI T200 boiler, 3 HPS control panels and the indirect hot water tank. Prefabbed the boiler board in 2 pieces joined by the unions on the Callifaction LLH (Low Loss Header) in our shop featuring a Triangle Tube Solo Instinct 155 with Taco 0015E ECM circualtors and a 50 gal Triangle Tube indirect hot water tank featuring tank in tank technology. Transported to site, removed the old system and installed the new boiler board in one day, had it operational the next day. Installed new Cube50 fancoil in garage.

Prefabbed this combi boiler in our shop using Triangle Tube Solo Instinct Combi 199, 0015E ECM Circulator with future zoning to replace the furnace with fancoil (to use boiler at its peak efficiency) and garage heater. Removed old Polaris 50 gal high efficient dual purpose hot water tank and installed the new boiler board.

This home had 2 furnaces for air heating, AC, humidifier and filtration system, a boiler for the infloor heating in the basement, garage and primary ensuite, and a power vented hot water heater. Replaced with 2 cascaded Triangle Tube Solo Instinct 155 and 20 gal buffer tank to prevent short cycling of system, 2 Hi Velocity LVE1750 H low velocity fancoils, 2 HEPS (MERV 13/ UV/ Titanium catalyst) whole home filtration system, 2 Aprilaire steam humidifiers, and an 80 gallon indirect hot water tank. This system made the cover of Plumbing & HVAC Magazine.

This boiler system was given an update to run more efficiently. Replaced the old mid efficient boiler and zoning. Prefabbed the boiler board in 2 pieces joined by the unions on the Callifaction LLH (Low Loss Header) in our shop featuring a Triangle Tube Solo Instinct 155 with Taco 0015E ECM circulators. Transported to site, removed the old system and installed the new boiler board in one day, had it operational the next day. We used the old Bvent chimney to line the new Centratherm flex pipe for the new boiler exhaust.

This boiler was leaking from the flue collector on top and back of the boiler, which took out the Sentry control. It was decided to replace this 15 year old boiler with something new. We installed a new Triangle Tube Solo Instinct 155 boiler and replaced the exisitng ABS venting with new 3" Centratherm exhaust and fresh air intake.

This 16 month old copper tube boiler leaked because the previous contractor did not do a system flush. We replaced it and the indirect hot water tank with a combi boiler. We flushed the system, it was so plugged up with silt that we needed compressed air to loosen off the plugged tubing enough to let go. Then flushed it for several minutes with water until it came out clear, then added inhibitor, demineralized water and some glycol.

This IS the ultimate in thermal comfort! Starting outside with a snowmelt system for the driveway, sidewalk and front veranda. Then basement and garage have in-floor heat throughout and the main floor and 2nd floors have over pour throughout as well. The mechanical room has one boiler for the snow melt system and 2 smaller boiler for the house (redundancy). There are 2 Hi Velocity fancoils zoned (main floor and basement for one unit, master suite and one bedroom, remainder of 2nd floor and basement gym and sports court on the 2nd unit) with an inverted drive condenser / heat pump. This gives the homeowner the ultimate flexibility to control the temperature in their home.

This home has infloor heating in the basement and detached garage (supply and return mains are insulated and run underground to garage from mechanical room), staple up for entire main floor as well as bathrooms and laundry room on 2nd floor. Hi Velocity system is zoned (main floor and basement on one zone and 2nd floor on another zone), using an inverted drive condenser enabling the homeowner to use their AC in the winter if desired.

This large home has 3 Hi Velocity fancoils for the best in comfort. Fancoil one serves the basement (3 zones bedrooms and rec area, theatre and gym), the second serves main floor (2 zones living room (massive 20’x20’ window) and office, kitchen, dining and remainder of main floor), and the third serves the 2nd floor and loft (3 zones master suite, remainder of 2nd floor, loft). This project took extensive planning with the amount of zones and where the mechanical room was situated. This zoned system allowed efficient use of the inverted drive condensers to respond as needed. The homeowner can even use AC in the winter if needed!

A custom home with custom zoning. Using the best in design, this 17 zone system has no thermostats on the wall (Tekmar room sensor with wires going back to the mechanical room). There is in-floor heat in the basement and garage as well as staple up for the main floor and 2nd floor. This home is toasty warm all winter!

This home has infloor heating in the basement and detached garage (supply and return mains are insulated and run underground to garage from mechanical room), bathrooms and laundry room on 2nd floor. Hi Velocity system is zoned (main floor and basement on one zone and 2nd floor on another zone), using an inverted drive condenser enabling the homeowner to use their AC in the winter if desired.

As a retrofit, we added this combi boiler with WIFI capabilities to an existing home that had the tubing roughed in 20 years ago. A great application to save space and gain energy efficiency to an existing home.

David C

In this custom home, Denrite worked closely with the homeowner to design and install a comprehensive mechanical system. This 16 zone system used in-floor heat in the basement and garage as well as staple up for the main floor and 2nd floor with 2 Hi Velocity fancoils for Air conditioning and 2nd stage heating as well as HEPS (Hepa UV whole home filtration system) and steam humidifiers.

James Y

This renovated home changed their deck into a new living space! Denrite used the CUBE 50 Hi Velocity fancoil as the perfect solution to heat these new spaces making two 3 season rooms into 4 season rooms to be enjoyed year round.

Another retrofit project! The existing large 399MBH boiler was removed and replaced by 2 cascaded (communicated with each other) 199MBH boilers on a rack. To save space and time the entire system was pre-built in our shop then installed on site.

Jim J

Even the smallest of systems can be retrofitted for hydronic heating. In this project, 2 hot water tanks were replaced (1 for domestic and 1 for in floor heat in garage and snowmelt in driveway) with a combi boiler with future zoning for replacement of furnace with a fancoil.

This home has 100% infloor heating on all floor including shop under driveway, using an exchanger for pool heating. Hi Velocity for AC, humidity (using steam humidifiers), filtration (HEPA UV), it is zoned (basement and main floor for fancoil 1 and 2nd floor and 3rd floor for fancoil 2).

Sandy G

This project was one of a kind! Originally our scope of work was for Hi Velocity but grew into the full mechanical package. Staple up was used on both floors along with flexible zoning throughout the home where the basement has 3 zones, main floor has 2 zones, garage on its own and 2nd floor has 5 zones. We also completed the boiler installation along with all control wiring and connections.

Tom V

For this project, the homeowner closed in his 2nd floor deck to add more space to their cabin. We made the Hi Velocity into a zoned system (main and basement, 2nd floor with new space) and changed the condenser to a new inverted drive condenser. Added staple up for this room as well for added comfort!
